Vessels acquisition
We have acted as legal advisor of a shipping joint venture with respect to vessels acquisitions of various types (AFRAMAX, VLCC, SUPRAMAX, KAMSARMAX, Ore/Oil Carrier etc) having also advised and negotiated the terms in relation to the acquisition of two crude oil tankers and new loan facilities for refinancing purposes and also for the sale of two motor tanker vessels. Ever since, we have been advising the ship-owner companies on various corporate and commercial issues.
