We have acted as legal advisors of Arion Green Properties (Cyprus) Limited, an affiliate of Alexander S. Onassis Foundation on the buyout of 70% of Koumbas Synergy Romania S.A. from listed in the Athens Stock Exchange company Koumbas Holdings S.A., as well as, individual shareholders. The acquired company holds directly and indirectly several real estate properties in Romania.
