11th Greek Legal Counsel Conference

Dimitra Passiou participated as a speaker at the 11th Greek Legal Counsel Conference, held on April 12th, 2019 at Wyndham Grand Athens. This year’s conference was titled “A new Societe Anonyme. Are we ready?” and focused on aspects of the operation of the societe anonymes under the recent legislative changes. Dimitra’s presentation was entitled “criminal liability of administrators and company executives in legal entities”.
